Dynamic Ticketing
Professional sports teams are facing unprecedented challenges to ticket revenue growth amid, among other factors, global economic constraints, an enhanced competitive environment, and a strong secondary marketplace. Many clubs have turned to dynamic pricing in an attempt to address these growth challenges. PwC’s sports advisors from the UK and US along with a panel of senior football club executives discussed the concept of dynamic pricing and its future in the industry, as well as key implementation issues and lessons learned from clubs who have pioneered the concept.
Session was led by Julian Jenkins Director of International Marketing, Cardiff City FC and Malachy Brannigan, Vice President – Finance, Derby County FC
